Yes. Aerial photography and video are standalone services and a good portion of that work has nothing to do with websites. You don't need to be a web client to book a shoot.

No. You own the repository, the domain, and the hosting accounts outright, and the sites I build are static, so there's no plugin treadmill to maintain. Some clients want ongoing content, SEO, or feature work and keep a monthly arrangement; plenty of others take the handover, get a walkthrough, and manage it themselves. Both are fine.

Either. I'll write it if you want — copy is part of the design work, not a separate stage bolted on afterwards. If you'd rather write it yourself, I'll give you a page-by-page structure with word counts and the job each section is doing, which is much easier to write against than a blank document.

If you specifically need a CMS your team edits daily, I'll wire in a headless one rather than compromise the front end.

Yes — commercial aerial work is flown licensed and insured, with airspace authorization handled before the shoot. Flights depend on weather and airspace class, so I'll be straight with you about what a given location and date realistically allow.
