The content here is provided as-is for information. I keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current, and nothing on this site is an offer or a contract.
Project work
Every engagement is governed by a separate written scope and agreement covering deliverables, price, timeline, revisions, and ownership. Where that document and this page disagree, that document wins.
Ownership of work
On final payment, you own the deliverables: the repository, the design files, the domain, and the hosting accounts. I keep the right to describe the work and show it in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Aerial operations
Commercial aerial work is flown licensed and insured, subject to airspace authorization, weather, and applicable regulations. Flights that can’t be legally or safely completed will be rescheduled.
